Engineered a full-stack AI assistant platform using React, Flask (Python), SuiteScript, PostgreSQL, and NetSuite’s LLM module to enable employees to query live ERP data (products, customers, forecasts, maintenance) in natural language.

• Developed a multi-stage Agentic AI pipeline leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (MiniLM + FAISS) and a PostgreSQL conversational memory layer to support context-aware, persistent interactions.
• Integrated DeBERTa-v3-based BERT guardrails to detect and block prompt-injection and jailbreak attempts, logging security scores and enhancing compliance with internal data governance standards.
• Built an admin analytics dashboard to monitor token usage, user activity, and security metrics, including pandas-driven data visualizations for sales and forecasting trends.
• Reduced response latency by 60% through parallelized reasoning batches, semaphore-based concurrency control, and optimized LLM agent orchestration.
